04 / Who we serve

Built to slot into your workflow.

You keep the client, the scope, and the certification. We add capacity on the days you need it, in the formats your team already runs, so you can take on more work without adding crew.

01/Land surveyors

Land surveyors

You have more work than crew days. We are the capture arm you call when the schedule will not stretch. You keep the client, you keep the scope, and you keep the certification. We collect, classify and hand you data in the format your office already runs.

What you get

  • Classified LAS or LAZ in your coordinate system and datum
  • Bare earth DTM with vegetation and structures removed
  • Contours at your interval with breaklines
  • Feature linework extracted to DWG, DXF or DGN
  • Civil 3D or LandXML surface
  • Control and check point residuals in a written report
Classified LiDAR data showing ground separated from vegetation
Classification checked, not accepted from an automatic filter.
02/Civil engineering

Civil engineering

Design does not start until somebody knows what the ground does. We collect existing conditions dense enough to design on and deliver a surface that drops into Civil 3D without your team rebuilding it first.

What you get

  • Civil 3D surface or LandXML, ready to import
  • Contours at your interval with breaklines
  • Classified point cloud for reference and re extraction
  • Feature linework to DWG or DGN
  • Drainage and flow direction exhibits
  • Cut and fill against your proposed grade
Colorized LiDAR point cloud of a roadway corridor and adjacent parcels
Colorized LiDAR corridor collection. Pavement edges, ditches and vegetation in one dataset.
03/Architecture and restoration

Architecture and restoration

Documenting an occupied coastal building the old way means a lift, a swing stage, a lane closure and a week of somebody's time. We fly it, scan the parts the aircraft cannot see, and hand you a measurable model of the whole envelope.

What you get

  • Window and opening schedules with dimensions
  • Balcony and slab edge dimensions
  • Railing heights and post spacing
  • Facade areas by elevation for take off
  • Roof planes, slopes and areas
  • Sections and elevations exported to CAD
Colorized LiDAR point cloud of a coastal tower and its site
Occupied tower captured from the air. No lift, no swing stage, no lane closure.
04/Condominium and HOA

Condominium boards and associations

Boards are making expensive decisions about buildings nobody has measured recently. A dated, measurable record of the property costs a fraction of one repair scope and it answers questions for years.

What you get

  • Dated aerial record of roofs, elevations and site
  • Measurable model for quantities and future scoping
  • Thermal survey for roof moisture and envelope issues
  • Railing, balcony and opening dimensions
  • Drainage and pooling documentation
  • Board ready exhibits in PDF
Colorized point cloud of a coastal resort property including roofs and pool deck
Whole property record. Roofs, decks, drives and landscape in one dated collection.
05/Construction

Construction

Documenting a site is cheap. Reconstructing what a site looked like eight months ago from memory and a few phone photos is not. A recurring flight on the same plan gives you a record that holds up in a meeting or a claim.

What you get

  • Dated orthomosaic on a repeatable flight plan
  • Earthwork cut and fill against your design surface
  • Stockpile volumes with the arithmetic shown
  • As built surface comparison
  • Colorized site model for coordination
  • Progress exhibits for owner and lender reporting
Photogrammetric model of a site under construction
Site model on a repeatable plan. Month over month comparisons stay honest.
06/Utilities and telecom

Utilities and telecom

Conductors, poles, structures and vegetation resolved from a single pass, with cross sections and clearance data you can act on. When the contract requires a US built platform, we fly the Harris H6 with a GeoCue TrueView sensor.

What you get

  • Classified corridor point cloud with conductors resolved
  • Cross sections at your interval
  • Vegetation clearance measurements along the run
  • Pole and structure locations and heights
  • Ground and vegetation classification
  • Encroachment and access documentation
LiDAR cross section of a transmission corridor with conductors resolved
Conductors, poles and vegetation resolved in cross section along the run.
07/Solar and wind

Solar and wind

A solar site needs accurate topography before it is designed, verification while it is built, and thermal inspection once it is producing. All three come off the same aircraft.

What you get

  • Site topography and grading surfaces
  • Drainage and stormwater documentation
  • Construction progress and layout verification
  • As built comparison against design
  • Radiometric thermal scans of arrays in service
  • String and module anomaly locations on a site plan
Site colorized by elevation showing grade and drainage
Grade and drainage before design, measured rather than assumed.
08/Government and DOT

Government and dot

Public agency work often carries a platform requirement that rules out most of the market. We keep a US built, NDAA compliant aircraft and sensor in service specifically for that lane, flown by the same crew to the same standards.

What you get

  • US built NDAA compliant aircraft and sensor
  • Classified LiDAR in your coordinate system and datum
  • Roadway and corridor cross sections
  • Topographic surfaces and contours
  • Orthorectified imagery
  • Drainage and stormwater documentation
US built Harris Aerial H6 heavy lift survey aircraft
Harris Aerial H6. US built, NDAA compliant, carrying a GeoCue TrueView 515 sensor.
05/Next step

Start with one site.

Send the boundary and the deliverable you need. We scope it, fly it, and return the data in your format, typically in under seven days.
