Reality capture for land surveyors
You have more work than crew days. We are the capture arm you call when the schedule will not stretch. You keep the client, you keep the scope, and you keep the certification. We collect, classify and hand you data in the format your office already runs.
The bottleneck is almost never the office.
Most surveying firms we work with are not short on work or short on software. They are short on field days. A parcel that ties up two people for a week is a week those two people are not on the next four jobs.
Subcontracting the capture is straightforward when the vendor understands what a surveyor actually needs. Control that gets observed and checked. Classification that is real rather than automatic. A processing report you can look at instead of a claim you have to trust. Deliverables in your coordinate system, at your interval, in your format.
What we hand your office
- Classified LAS or LAZ in your coordinate system and datum
- Bare earth DTM with vegetation and structures removed
- Contours at your interval with breaklines
- Feature linework extracted to DWG, DXF or DGN
- Civil 3D or LandXML surface
- Control and check point residuals in a written report
- Colorized cloud and orthomosaic from the same flight
- Raw data archived and available on request
How it fits your workflow
You define the scope
Boundary, datum, interval, format and tolerance come from you. We do not reinterpret a scope you already sold.
Your control or ours
If your crew has already set and observed control, we hold it. If not, we set targets and observe them, and the report tells you exactly what was done.
We stay behind the curtain
White label is the default. No branding on your deliverable, no contact with your client unless you put us in the room and ask us to be there.
Certification stays where it belongs
We deliver capture data. The professional judgment, the certification and the seal are yours. That is not a limitation we work around, it is how the relationship is supposed to work.
